Goodfolks natural coconut chips are made from coconut sourced from sustainable and organic plantations. The manufacturing process is standardised and this has enabled the product to be USDA Organic certified, EU organic certified and have the FSSC 22000 certification.
Coconut flesh is first extracted from the nut and the flesh is then blanched. The flesh is then shredded or sliced and dehydrated. Some varieties are oven roasted. Natural flavours are then added to flavoured options. This is a minimal process that helps ensure almost all the natural goodness of coconuts.
