Coconut Jam uses 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives or stabilisers. This means that changes in temperature can cause traces of coconut oil to separate from the jam, which may show up as a white layer. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the quality or delicious taste of the product, which you can enjoy as usual! Frozen oil shows as a white color layer. Storing at a consistent temperature is ideal.
